How long does it take?
Your preview is usually ready within a few days, and your site can be live within 14 days of you saying yes and confirming your details.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell us what to change. If it's still not right for you, you don't pay anything.
I already have Instagram. Why do I need a website?
Instagram is great for people who already follow you. A website helps new customers find you on Google, see your prices, and contact you, without scrolling through posts.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No, it's optional. It's there so your site stays up to date without you having to think about it.
What happens if I cancel my monthly plan?
Just give us 30 days' notice. Your website is yours: we hand over full access, and your web address is already registered in your own name, so there's nothing to transfer.
I already have a website, but it's old. Can you help?
